When refunds or replacements apply and how to request one.
Effective date: October 30, 2026.
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships by emailing support@covenantpeps.com with your order number. If payment has already been sent for an order that is cancelled before shipping, it will be refunded in full. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect orders must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Confirmed lost shipments are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To submit a claim, email support@covenantpeps.com with your order number and photos of any damage. You can also reach us through the contact page or by phone at 657.749.1314.
Claims are reviewed within three (3) business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of approval.
Covenant Peptides reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
