Shipping & Returns
How and when your order ships, and our policy on returns.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm CT, Monday through Friday, are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Domestic shipping (US)
Standard ground shipping is $12 flat. Orders over $200 ship free. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import requirements.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to populate with the carrier.
Discreet packaging
All shipments use plain outer packaging with no product references.
Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory products, returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or shipped in error. Notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.
Damaged or missing items
Please contact support@covenantpeps.com with your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve it quickly.
