Research Use Only Agreement & Liability Waiver

1. Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing the Covenant Peptides website, purchasing products, or electronically accepting this agreement, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the following Research Use Only Agreement and Liability Waiver.

This agreement applies to all purchasers, researchers, organizations, and other users of products offered by Covenant Peptides.

2. Research Use Only

ALL PRODUCTS DESIGNATED FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR LAWFUL LABORATORY, SCIENTIFIC, ANALYTICAL, AND NONCLINICAL RESEARCH PURPOSES.

Such products are not intended for:

• Human or animal consumption.
• Ingestion, inhalation, or therapeutic administration.
• Personal medical treatment or self-medication.
• Diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease.
• Clinical or veterinary use without required regulatory authorization.

Products must not be used for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

A research-use-only label does not independently establish that a product is legally permitted for sale or distribution.

3. Purchaser Eligibility

By accepting this agreement, the purchaser confirms that:

1. They are at least 21 years of age.
2. They are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products.
3. They understand the research-only designation and applicable restrictions.
4. They will use the products only for lawful and authorized purposes.
5. They possess, or have access to, the necessary knowledge, training, equipment, and facilities for safe laboratory handling.
6. They will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Covenant Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary for safety or legal compliance.

4. Assumption of Risk

The purchaser acknowledges that research chemicals and experimental compounds may involve known and unknown hazards.

These hazards may include chemical exposure, contamination, degradation, unintended reactions, and risks associated with improper handling, storage, or disposal.

The purchaser voluntarily assumes the ordinary and inherent risks associated with their lawful research activities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The purchaser accepts responsibility for implementing appropriate laboratory safety procedures and following applicable product-specific handling requirements.

5. No Medical Advice or Therapeutic Claims

Covenant Peptides does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations.

Unless expressly stated and supported by applicable regulatory authorization, research-use-only products are not represented as FDA-approved drugs or as safe or effective for human or animal administration.

Scientific references, research publications, and product descriptions do not constitute medical advice or authorization for clinical use.

6. Product Handling and Storage

The purchaser agrees to:

• Follow appropriate laboratory safety procedures.
• Use suitable protective equipment.
• Store materials securely and under appropriate conditions.
• Prevent access by children, animals, and unauthorized persons.
• Review available safety information and product documentation.
• Dispose of research materials according to applicable laws and safety requirements.

The purchaser shall not assume that a product is sterile or suitable for administration based solely on a stated purity level or analytical test result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Covenant Peptides shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchaser’s unauthorized, unlawful, or improper handling or use of research materials.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, defective products, or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this agreement limits nonwaivable rights under applicable consumer protection or product liability laws.

8. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the purchaser agrees to indemnify Covenant Peptides against third-party claims and reasonable expenses directly resulting from the purchaser’s unlawful conduct, negligent misuse of products, or material breach of this agreement.

This obligation does not apply to claims arising from Covenant Peptides’ own negligence, misconduct, defective products, or other liabilities that cannot legally be transferred.

9. Prohibited Misuse and Resale

The purchaser agrees not to:

• Use research products for unauthorized human or animal administration.
• Misrepresent products as approved medicines or dietary supplements.
• Make unsupported therapeutic claims.
• Relabel or repackage products in a misleading manner.
• Resell or distribute products in violation of applicable law.
• Use the products for any unlawful activity.

10. Compliance With Applicable Laws

The purchaser is responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their possession, handling, and research activities.

Covenant Peptides remains responsible for its own legal obligations relating to product marketing, distribution, labeling, safety, and sales.

Neither the purchaser’s acceptance nor any disclaimer in this agreement authorizes otherwise unlawful conduct.

11. Electronic Agreement and Recordkeeping

By electronically accepting this agreement, the purchaser acknowledges their acceptance of its enforceable terms.

Covenant Peptides may maintain appropriate records of electronic acceptance, including:

• Date and time of acceptance.
• Agreement version.
• Associated account or transaction identifier, when applicable.
• Confirmation of required acknowledgments.

Records will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by applicable California law, subject to any mandatory protections or legal requirements that cannot be waived.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
